Blake's 1 Year Oncology Check-up

Well, Wednesday was Blake's 1 year check up!  Up until then he had his blood drawn every single month to make sure the cancer had not come back once we stopped giving chemo!  We are very happy to say that after 1 whole year with no chemo Blake is still CANCER FREE!!!!!  Thank God for this wonderful blessing.

Blake's immune system is functioning wonderfully and he has actually been very healthy so far this year.  We are amazed as we expected him to get sick a lot as a Kindergarten student, but his immune system has rallied and kept him very healthy all year long!  With only a little over a month to go this school year we are feeling so very blessed!!
