Alexia's (and mommy's) favorite part of the day!
Alexia loved her visit to Pooley's Pumpkin Patch!  She was very excited to pick up her friends and take them with us!  She LOVED holding the chicks and she was so gentle with them, it is so sweet to watch her and how gentle she is with little animals!!!  She enjoyed playing with her friend outside and feeding and petting all the animals!  She had a great time on her first pony ride!  She cuddled Mommy on the hay rack ride!

We had a super fun day and are now putting the finishing touches on costumes and plans for the Harvest Festival at Church!!!

Blake had a blast at Pooley's Pumpkin Patch!!!!  We picked up some family friends on our way (we love having a van with room for more people!!!) and headed there around 11am.  Blake got to pet a kitten, played on hay bales and ran around enjoying the great outdoors!  He also got to hold, pet and feed chicks for the first time and  also got to ride a pony for the first time!!!  He fed bunnies and goats and sheep (and a few pigs) and got to pet a donkey!  He had a great time on the hay rack ride!  With ACTUAL HAY!!!!!  The other two pumpkin patches and the Apple Orchard we went to all had wooden benches, but this one had real hay!!!  After all that excitement we all sat down to eat our lunch!  Once lunch was over we headed back to the chicken coop and held, fed and pet the chicks again!  They were too cute!!!!

Our fall festivities are almost over, with the exception of the Harvest Festival at Church we really don't have any other plans!  Can't believe how quickly this year is going by!

Ready to go home!!!

Blake has enjoyed his last few weeks of fall activities!!!  He got to go to the zoo with family, went to Vala's Pumpkin patch with family and friends, enjoyed the family party in honor of his soon to arrive baby sister Briana Corinne, carved pumpkins.  Helped set up and participated in the first annual Fall Festival to support our Non-Profit organization, which was started up when his cousin was diagnosed with Ohtahara Syndrome.  He still has plans to go to another pumpkin patch next week and we have a few more plans this fall, so stay tuned!!!

In other news, his treatment is going well!  His counts are right where they want them to be.  He goes in for a spinal tap soon and will get the flu shot then.  He is very active and most people have no idea all that he has been through and is still going through unless they already knew he was going through it.  He is really enjoying pre-school, he only goes 2 days a week and has some very good friends!  We really like his teachers there!!!  He is learning to read and is very good with his numbers (already adding and subtracting!).  We are very proud of our little boy!  God truly does answer prayer and we thank everyone for continuing to pray for him and for our family!
